Student Satisfaction: Our goal is to offer the opportunity to grow in computer abilities. Upon completion of a course, if you feel inadequate, for the same cost you're welcome to retake the identical course on a space available basis and if the course is available on the current schedule.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your training, please notify the SPARK coordinator no later than seven days in advance.
Course Prerequisites: Many of our computer courses have prerequisites. Prerequisites are enforced to ensure all students in a class are at the same skill level. We will be glad to discuss a course with you so you can determine if you are enrolled in the appropriate class.
